John went out of his way to make sure we had a vehicle working same day. He understood our needs and worked hard to meet them. “We’re here to WOW ya! !!!” Yeah like WOW because it’s always something ridiculous at this place. Beaver does not live up to the hype that they try and pump up. Every time I !!!” Yeah like WOW because it’s always something ridiculous at this place. Beaver does not live up to the hype that they try and pump up. Every time I’ve had my car in for service, with the exception of 1-2 times, they have kept it for days and days with no updates, no return phone calls, their status link that they txt you upon check in never works, and this time they locked my key fob in my car with it running, and took around 20 minutes to get it unlocked. So immediately I was nervous to even leave the car there, because there was no telling what else was going to happen. So against my better judgement, I left it. But never again. I will never come back here. I’m so sick of the disappointment. When we first got the car, after the FIRST one we got had to be returned due to a transmission problem, we had to email Linda Beaver herself because of the absolute nightmare that we had to endure at the St Augustine dealership. I’m surprised our account here isn’t flagged somehow. Yeah WOW is right. “YIKES” is more accurate. More

Making appointment was quick and easy. Checked in went smoothly. Mr. Ivey was pleasant to work with. Dealership did what was asked and I was in and out in an hour.
