Rather than pressure me to buy, as do many dealerships, he let me direct the conversation to discuss what I wanted to know and then gave supplemental information to further explain advantages of the vehicle he knew were important to me. My mother-in-law biught a vehicle there last month and stated she also had an exceptional experience with a different associate. This won't be our only purchase from John and Superstition Lexus.
