I have been to a few Mercedes dealerships in the USA and the Tucson dealership is by far the most luxurious, friendly and best service. If you own a MB this is the place for you. They will correct any mi the Tucson dealership is by far the most luxurious, friendly and best service. If you own a MB this is the place for you. They will correct any mistakes that have been made on your car by a non Mercedes shop. More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE. Our vehicle was functioning fine when we took it for periodic service 8 weeks ago. Since then, the vehicle has broken down twice (r SERVICED HERE. Our vehicle was functioning fine when we took it for periodic service 8 weeks ago. Since then, the vehicle has broken down twice (requiring it to be towed back to Chapman Mercedes) in less than 150 miles. The service is horrible. The repairs that are suggested don't have any relevance to the issues the vehicles has. The quote for the same repair increased $235 in a couple weeks and no one can explain why. The repairs being suggested were already done as warranty repairs. The service manager is too busy to address any concerns or answer any questions. An email listing our concerns and questions was sent to 5 members of Chapman Mercedes management 10 days ago and we still have not received any substantive response. More

I recently purchased a car from John Hornbeck @ Mercedes Benz of Tucson and the experience was absolutely the best I ever had. Not only did I get a great deal on the car, but the dealership made the transa Benz of Tucson and the experience was absolutely the best I ever had. Not only did I get a great deal on the car, but the dealership made the transaction so easy/smooth for me and they even delivered the car directly to my house (in Scottsdale.) It doesn't get any better than this. This dealership has their stuff together!! While this was my first purchase from this dealership, it certainly will NOT be my last! I would HIGHLY recommend Mercedes Benz of Tucson for anyone thinking about purchasing a Mercedes. Thanks MB Tucson for everything and keep up the great work. More

General Manager and Finance Manager play way too many games. Bought a new Mercedes-Benz and was very difficult agreeing to price. Thinking about purchasing my next vehicles with another company as they s games. Bought a new Mercedes-Benz and was very difficult agreeing to price. Been loyal to Mercedes-Benz for many years and love the cars but this dealership does not represent their brand well. More

Exceptional Knowledge and Respect! I have been a loyal customer to the MB brand for over 30 years, but even more relevant, a loyal customer of John Hornbeck for those same 30+ years inc I have been a loyal customer to the MB brand for over 30 years, but even more relevant, a loyal customer of John Hornbeck for those same 30+ years including even before his tenure at MB Tucson. He has always been an easy to deal with and full honest disclosure kind of guy. My kind of friend!! I would recommend him without hesitation to my best friends knowing the type of RESPECT and consideration he provide to them. John you ROCK and yes, the referrals will keep coming your way. The worst Mercedes dealer I have ever been to. I cant speak for Service, only Sales and the General Manager . They are immature, liars and disrespectful. They over price cars and play games. I am filing a complaint with Mercedes after being told a car was Certified and advertised as such , only to find out that the car was NOT certified after driving two hours to buy it. More
