John Holman is THE BEST service manager I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have lived all over the country, and John has been by far the best of the best. I have an older vehicle which has h experienced in my entire life. I have lived all over the country, and John has been by far the best of the best. I have an older vehicle which has had some very difficult issues, and John’s expertise is uncovering what needs to be addressed is beyond amazing. He takes the initiative to do the necessary research to make it right. He has earned my trust and faith in his abilities as a service manager par excellence. He always gets involved in the problem-solving equation, and I know I’m dealing with someone who cares to keep me informed each and every step of the way. I’m truly grateful that I was led to this dealership because I know I’m in safe hands. More

John O’Connor, Charlie Gower, John Holman have all been very caring and courteous as they try to help to find a solution to the uncommon failure of the engine in my 2014 Honda Odyssey. They directed me to very caring and courteous as they try to help to find a solution to the uncommon failure of the engine in my 2014 Honda Odyssey. They directed me to HondaCare and are now working with MileOne to find a solution for the blown head gasket in my van. My van has now been there for 92 days and I am anxiously awaiting a good outcome. More

I’m from Raleigh, NC and was passing through Elizabeth City on my way to the Cape May Ferry for a weeks vacation in New Jersey. My AC malfunctioned on one of the hottest days of June 2022. My car was load City on my way to the Cape May Ferry for a weeks vacation in New Jersey. My AC malfunctioned on one of the hottest days of June 2022. My car was loaded with a cooler and a weeks worth of house supplies. I stopped at Hall Honda and was helped by John Holman who was terrific! He was able to fit me in to have the car AC diagnosed. I was sitting in the customer waiting area with my cooler when John approached me with his findings. Apparently, it was user error and he could find nothing wrong with the AC. He took me out to the car where it was running and the AC was super cold. I don’t know how he got it to work. I’ve had the 2017 car since it was brand new and never experienced this before with the AC. I wanted everyone to know how honest this service center is because he was so gracious with fitting me in & didn’t charge me! I was able to keep my ferry reservation and start my vacation on time! Thank you John for making what could have been a bad vacation start into a great trip! You’re the best! Pat G More

This is the only honest service center I've been that consistently provides excellent service.
