Horrible experience with this place. Refused to give deposit back when the deal fell through on their end. Their manager has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After talking to us, Bruce knew what I wanted before I did. I never felt pressured or that I was taking too much of his time. We were there for about 5 hours but it never felt like that. He felt like a friend and so easy to talk to. Would definitely refer all of my friends and family here. And when it came to the financing, John Hogan made that process as enjoyable as the car buying process if you can believe that!
