I just bought an awesome used F350 4x4 and John Hilsinger in sales did a great job helping me out. As I was driving off, John got my attention and I stopped. He noticed that one of my rear brake lights was out. The bulb had been jarred loose when I closed the tailgate. He took it back over to service, they fixed it in about a minute, and I was on my way. If he hadn’t noticed it or pointed it out to me there’s no telling how long it would’ve been before I’d have noticed. Tut was super helpful in getting the financing in place too. Overall experience at 5 Star Ford was top notch and I’d definitely recommend them when you’re in the market for a car or truck! More

I am difficult to impress; friends and family will attest to this. I had been messaging with sales from other dealerships the entire weekend and was honestly about over the whole car shopping experience for the day. I drove in with a list of 5 items I had to have and two completely different vehicle-type buying scenarios. I was sat with John Hilsinger and was not quite sure which one of us was in a worse situation. As a female who was there without my spouse and doing my own financing I wasn’t sure how it would go. I was treated with respect and allowed to control enough of the search that it kept me interested, but not so much that I felt like I was doing all of the work. John was efficient yet open-minded. He acknowledged my concerns and kept them on the fore-front of the options we went through. Thanks to “M.I.T”, financing was not the ultra high pressure/ badgering experience I am used to, and that is where my “I would come back here.” turned into ”I will definitely come back here!’ experience. After the purchase, the smell of cigarette smoke in the pre-owned car was not gone so John and his team did a treatment. Since my daughter had to leave for college quickly thereafter they allowed her to take it to another business and covered the cost. We are now two new fans. Thank you Five Star Ford, and John and David, for making it as painless as possible and demonstrating to my daughter how an organization CAN find the right balance and sell vehicles while treating someone with courtesy and respect. More
