Shame you can’t give zero stars. Between the GM Dan and salesman John I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They lie threw their teeth and when confronted about anything they refuse to take or return calls Car has many issues and had to go over their head directly to Volkswagen were a formal complaint was filed against this dealership Too many VW dealers out there to subject yourself to deal with these kind of people. This is my 3rd VW and probably won’t be our last but we will definitely be steering clear of OakLawn VW. More
