Quick, No Pressure, Knowledgeable, and Friendly Service Walked into the dealership to look at a specific car. Chris was able to quickly find the car, and let me test drive it. I appreciated how he did not pressure me, and just let me look at and test drive the car. We were able to close a deal quickly. The entire deal, including paperwork and test drive, was done in about an hour. Chris kept in touch with me after buying the car to make sure everything was going smoothly. John also helped with financing, and I appreciated how he was able to get the paperwork done quickly. I appreciated how he did not pressure me into buying a warranty, he just showed me the options, and let me make my own decision. He also helped me with getting a temporary tag, and transferring my old tag onto the new car. I also had some help from David, who helped me apply the temporary tag onto the car when picking it up. I went to several dealerships the day I bought this car, and was happy with my experience at Sport Mazda. At other dealerships they tried to push other cars on me, rather than the ones I had actually wanted to see. Again, I really appreciated how Chris and John did not pressure me into buying anything I did not want. They just let me see what I wanted to see, and make my own decision. More

I felt the need to come back to re- review in light of my interaction with one of the Finance managers. The company should be ashamed of the way John Herrick conducts himself.
