No nonsense, personable sales rep, I would purchase again from Liberty. Finance said I could refinance in 6 months when I clearly know I can refinance whenever I want. Yan was great! Very helpful and kind. I wish I got to see him , like I was supposed to, the first time I came in the week before on Thursday. He was still with a customer but I was willing to wait, after spe him , like I was supposed to, the first time I came in the week before on Thursday. He was still with a customer but I was willing to wait, after speaking to him on the phone I knew I wanted to deal with him. John came and got me, I said several times I would wait for Yan. He insisted. We took test drives, I answered a million questions of which Yan and I had already gone through. He said he would call me Friday, gave me his number. He never mentioned he was leaving for vacation Friday and he left me hanging for a week. Cost me much money. You should be very thankful you have people like Yan. Caring, helpful and honest. Yan will be the only person I deal with there. I can't say enough good things about him. Keep him. More

Very easy process I went there to see a pre-owned Encore. I worked with Nathan and told him straight from the start I wanted this to be for ext and quick. Not only was he very kind and helpful, he made things happen quickly and I was out of there in my new car within 90 min. Mike in finance was just as great and ended up hooking me up with a great warranty on top of a great deal on the vehicle. All in all, couldn't be happier and I will refer people to them and will go back for my next vehicle too. More
