Service to new car My first encounter with Jenkins was back in Oct. 2015, I was here looking at a home to purchase when the fuse that ran my Garmin Navigation blew. My first encounter with Jenkins was back in Oct. 2015, I was here looking at a home to purchase when the fuse that ran my Garmin Navigation blew. I took my 2010 Ridgeline to Jenkins to help me find where that fuse was and to help me replace it. The service department was fabulous!!!! They brought a man over to check it out right away. After a few minutes they found and replaced the fuse, allowing me to get back on the road for my 7 hour journey home. When I asked how much I owed them I was told, "Nothing, Please just consider us when you move here and need service." I just took my 2015 Civic in for an oil change and came home with a new 2017 CRV. So far we have had nothing but great service at Jenkins. More

Professional and friendly Greg Green, our sales consultant, was not only professional and friendly, but very knowledgeable on the features of the 2015 CRV. He synced my phone to Blue Tooth and showed how to save contacts with the voice recognition. He went over the Eco system, safety features, various displays & engine design. I appreciated all of this as I'm not fond of reading a manual. Two days after the sale, I contacted him on his cell phone to arrange the drop-off of the spare key to my trade-in. Turned out, it was his day off but he still answered a couple of additional questions and arranged for me to deliver the key to John Harbaugh. On the sale date, we also met with Tony Vazquez and Mike Coelho who were both friendly and conversational. More
