Smoothest transition ever I would like to thank joe and the rest of the team including billy for taking such good care of my transition from my old lease to my new lease which I would like to thank joe and the rest of the team including billy for taking such good care of my transition from my old lease to my new lease which is a sel tiquan. I love my new car. I honestly walked to this dealership just to see if they had any car that I would like and I walked out 20 min later and left a deposit on my car which I drove the next morning. Love how they took care of everything without me even being their. I love this dealer and joe is like the best and honest person that came to help me. The owner of the Dealership Josh was there and said hello to me by name. Only met him once and I couldn't believe he remembered my name. Platinum VW is a great place to buy a car and their service shop is equally as impressive. Im on my 3rd VW from this dealer. Manny my salesman took his time to explain everything and go over my new car in detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. Honestly would not shop anywhere else for my new VW. Than you Platinum VW More
