Why Motorwerks keeps me coming back I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Motorwerks. They make the buying process very stress free and I especially like the Washwerks program. Incredible Leasing Experience Had been shopping at several Luxury Brand Locations throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago comparing cars such as Infiniti, Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mer Had been shopping at several Luxury Brand Locations throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago comparing cars such as Infiniti, Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Acura and Lincoln. The choices are abundant and the dealerships vary greatly. Once we decided that Infiniti (QX50) was our "Brand of Choice" it was clear that when we began working with John Gregory at Motor Werks that we had made the right decision. Everyone that we worked with at the dealership made us feel like a valued customer, which included General Manager Adam Arliskas who helped finalize the deal and allow for a "win/win" transaction in which as a buyers we felt good about leasing a vehicle the ultimately surpassed our expectations in both features and value for a Luxury SUV. Working with Mike Noyes in the finance department was also an effortless experience where we were "educated" on the "extras" and made to see the value of these offered products without the typical "hard sell" that often comes at the Finance Manager's Desk. John Gregory took the time to walk through every detail of our new vehicle and assured us if there were ever any other questions that we should not hesitate to call him or come in again for any additional help. I highly recommend Motor Werks Infiniti of Barrington and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. More

2014 Dodge Charder While searching for a newer vehicle for my son, I found the vehicle matching our "wants" at Motor Werks which is 2hrs from our home. Within 20 minute While searching for a newer vehicle for my son, I found the vehicle matching our "wants" at Motor Werks which is 2hrs from our home. Within 20 minutes of my email enquiry Ali called me and confirmed that the vehicle was still available. We met with Ali the next day for what we thought would be to just check the vehicle out. After a short period of negotiations with both Ali & John a deal I could not resist was agreed upon and the vehicle was prepped within an hour. We were able to finalize everything swiftly and drive the car home avoiding a return visit. Our experience was nothing less than excellent. More

Thanks, John! My son and I walked into the Infiniti dealership Saturday morning looking for a used van. We met the manager, Geno Cabana, who was friendly and profes My son and I walked into the Infiniti dealership Saturday morning looking for a used van. We met the manager, Geno Cabana, who was friendly and professional, who then introduced us to John Gregory, in sales. John showed us several vans, and took us for test drives in each one. Once we had selected one, I needed to leave for a softball game for one of my daughters. I brought my wife back to see the van I thought best fit our needs and budget (out of the 3 we had looked at), and John took us out again for a test drive so she could get a feel for the van as well. He was very patient with us and our buying process, allowing us space to discuss it over once we had seen everything the van had to offer. Once we had decided to move ahead with the purchase of the van, John made it a pleasurable buying experience, even offering us Starbuck's coffee from the Porsche lounge and walking us through the buying and financing process in a thorough manner. The finance manager, Michael Noyes, was also a pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor and made what can sometimes be a stressful process (financing a car) seamless and smooth. We discovered we actually had some mutual friends, and shared some fun college stories and had a few laughs along the way as well. We would recommend BOTH John and Michael to any of our friends and family, and look forward to working with them in the future for all of our vehicle needs. Thanks, guys! PS - Nina Gewargis stopped by during our time in the show room and mentioned that we were eligible for car washes for the life of the vehicle at their 2 wash locations, and also offered my wife a red rose as it was Sweetest Day on Saturday. Poor Customer Service after Buying Car UPDATE: Since buying the car the customer service from this location has gotten worse over time. They never fully activated the Infiniti InTouch Se UPDATE: Since buying the car the customer service from this location has gotten worse over time. They never fully activated the Infiniti InTouch Service when we left the dealership because we were told that the Intouch was down for activations on that Saturday and it would get activated on the following Monday which never happened. They ended up trying to place blame on the service itself for not activating it. After a few phone calls the service agent told us it was not even turned on in the car this whole time. After repeated calls to the dealership my friend and I got a voice message from John the sales guy stating that this was activated upon purchase before leaving the dealership which was not true because the system had to be physically turned on by the dealership on a later date so it could not have been activated. When we finally got the opportunity to return the car to get it checked out, the person who looked at the car claimed nothing was wrong and it looked fine. After failing to correct it after the second visit the end of the trial was almost over so we never got to use it. To make matters worse, when they came to take the car back to the dealership to try and "fix" this issue, they ran through tolls and I receive a toll violation charge in the mail which they claimed they would mail us a check in order to cover the cost but after a month I have yet to receive such check. When sending an email regarding an update about this I have gotten no response at all. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with a dealership. Starting to have buyer's remorse from getting the car here. More
