I did my research on the vehicle over many months and knew what I wanted, and did not feel pressured to upgrade. And Michelle's email correspondence regarding my test drive right through after purchase follow through was great as well, along with Mike's prompt answers to questions. Mike even personally cleaned the car impeccably prior to my picking it up! I don't think any car purchase is ever easy, but this one was much less stressful than any other I've made.
