Stuckey has some of the best prices and their deals are fair. But this place has fallen fast IMHO. (Google Flood Ford ESP, their are dealers who sell them $100 over cost, or about half what Stuckey wants to charge you) The Ford service department is horrendous!! They literally have no clue how to fix anything. The service advisor John never updated me on "repairs" and I had to call every 3rd or 4th day. Reggie the service "manager" is yet to return my 2 voice mails. My $50k edge has made a clunk from the front end since new. After lying about a PCM reprogram this dealer had it 2 different times to replace REAR end components. I even suggested it was coming from the front, but I was assured I am an idiot (in so many words) and they know it's the rear. So finally a complete rear differential assembly was installed and it was "fixed". Except it still makes the noise, which another dealer did verify was coming from the front axle. Poor Ford just paid for a new rear diff on a vehicle with a bad CV joint. That's like going to the doctor for back pain and getting a heart transplant! Too bad for us Ford owners Wes is working as the Subaru service manager now. He was good to go!! I wouldn't let this place put air in a low tire for fear they'd over inflate the wrong one. More
