Poor experience with purchase Made appointment to look at vehicle, Arrived after 3 hour drive in pouring rain. Had to originally look at vehicle in downpour, even though it was bei Made appointment to look at vehicle, Arrived after 3 hour drive in pouring rain. Had to originally look at vehicle in downpour, even though it was being pulled outside as I arrived. Asked my salesperson to ride along meon a test drive as I was unfamiliar with area, he said he was to busy and gave me directions to highway. Upon return, while talking with salesman, he left us sitting for half an hour while he left to address a couple who walked in while I was at his desk. Finally got him to go outside to address vehicle concerns I had. ( in pouring rain, despite having empty 6 bay garage 50 feet away) Salesman did not know the vehicle and asked what he was supposed to do about my issues with the vehicle, I said "I want them fixed!" Long story short, issues were finally addressed, purchased the vehicle and drove it home. Within 3 days( 500 miles since purchase) I had to take to local dealer for oil change ( service lights on) despite the fact I was told oil was just changed before purchase.. Horrible dealer experience... Seems they are more interested in selling than satisfying customers. More

He was very helpful in finding us the right vehicle with the budget we were working with. Only issue was the fuel door would not open. I called John and he set up an appointment for the next day. The dealership service department was great, too. They looked at it quickly and just ordered a spring for the door. A mechanic replaced it 2 days later in about 2 minutes. I've been driving it now for about 3 weeks and its a great car! More
