Pleasant used car sale! We had been looking for a used truck for our son and had been to several dealerships. We even drove to Michigan to look at some trucks we saw advertis We had been looking for a used truck for our son and had been to several dealerships. We even drove to Michigan to look at some trucks we saw advertised on the internet. Our experiences at these dealerships was disappointing to say the least. We drove five hours to find that the trucks were not as advertised, and they were not willing to deal. What a waste of an entire day! We then saw a truck on the internet from Bud's, and my husband called and spoke to Saleasha about it. He explained what we expected the truck to look like from the ad, and that we would be driving two hours to look at it. She assured us that it was a very clean truck and sounded just like what we wanted. We drove up to Bud's to look at it, and Saleasha met us as we were getting out of our car. She had the truck right up front for us to look at, and it was exactly as advertised, and just what we were looking for! We took it for a test drive and then settled in to talk money. They were very willing to negotiate with us, and we were very pleased with the results. They even offered to drive the truck down to us, if needed, since our bank was already closed for the day. This was not necessary, as they were able to get us an even better rate on the financing and complete all the paperwork that day so we could take the truck home. This did cause them to have to stay late, and another salesman, John, offered to stay and help us get finished, as Saleasha had a wedding to go to. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help. Even the people that we did not directly work with all said hello when they passed us. It was definitely the best experience we have ever had buying a car, and we will definitely spread the word and encourage people to go to Bud's. It was well worth the drive, and we were all very happy, especially my son! Jodie Douglas More

The service I received was second to none. I appreciated John’s ability to work through all the questions I had with my first RAM purchase. Overall a great experience, and would recommend John to anyone that I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

"Why" am I giving John 5 out of 5 stars.......John is amazingly awesome! I could go to another dealership and get a "family discount" from a salesman but I don't because I like John stars.......John is amazingly awesome! I could go to another dealership and get a "family discount" from a salesman but I don't because I like John and his low pressure attitude. Through Johns amazing selling techniques he has managed to sell me not 1, not 2, but 3 new vehicles all with in about a ten month period. Were not talking walk in and pick a car off of the lot either. Actually sat down and ordered all 3 vehicles. As much as I like John though this behavior of me trying to boost his sales has got to STOP. I can not keep buying cars just to help John maintain his status as a world champion car salesman. So it is with great regret that I will not be buying another car from John for at least the next 3 years.......unless of course they change the body style, or come out with some amazing feature, or bring back the purple! This is not a paid advertisement.......HOWEVER, I could easily be compensated and thanked with some free oil changes and car washes! Person who is reading this please feel free to share with John just how much I like John! Also, please note that per the instructions listed above I have used many descriptive words, have well exceeded the 25 word minimum, and have answered "Why" 5 out of 5 on all 5 reviews.
