My husband and I went to Grieco Honda, in Johnston over the weekend and had no idea what we were doing. Well, we walked into the right place, this was by far the best experience we have ever had at a deale the weekend and had no idea what we were doing. Well, we walked into the right place, this was by far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. We could not have asked for a better sales consultant, Haiker Feliz was amazing. He walked us through the entire process with patience, and helped us find the best vehicle. He never pressured us and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. From start to finish he helped us with everything, and answered all of our questions. John in the finance department was also amazing and made us feel very comfortable during the paperwork process. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. When I picked up my suv it had been cleaned top to bottom, had a full tank of gas and a bow on top. This dealership was wonderful and they show that they care about their customers. More
