We recently purchased a used RAM dually from Patriot. We live about 200 miles away so I loved that we were able to communicate easily via text, including additional photos of the vehicle so we knew exact We live about 200 miles away so I loved that we were able to communicate easily via text, including additional photos of the vehicle so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. They disclosed all the physical flaws, tire condition, and also negotiated the pricing with us all via text/phone so when we arrived to test drive it, the deal was basically done. After about a week, we discovered an issue with the DEF system. We had chosen not to purchase an extended warranty, so the chances of them being willing to address this issue on a used truck were slim. However, when I called our salesperson, he immediately got with his manager who called me within 15 minutes and said, yes, bring it down and we'll take care of it for you! We ended up resolving the issue on our own fairly easily so it wasn't worth the 400 mile roundtrip and tank of fuel, but the fact they were willing to help us went way above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back to Patriot on the future for any of our vehicle needs! More
