The first two used cars were eliminated due to mechanics and time - because John was paying attention and watching the trades come in, he scooped up the most amazing 2013 Nissan for us as soon as it came in!! My experience - it was not only a relief but a comfort knowing he is not just going for the sale but going for the long-term relationship for his clients. I purchased a vehicle from John on March 2021. It was so great the experience that I still remember his name and the date. He did above when told me that one of their in house clients were bringing one in but was not clean, he showed it and joined us for the test drive. We made the deal, he stayed with us all the time while finance was busy handling other clients.
