I ordered my GT3 Touring with Sam’s help and he guided me all the way through the process from ordering and even past delivery by connecting me with top notch partners of his who specialize in PPF and Ceramic. When if recently got my Macan S, I got the same level of easy and premium service. To be honest, I'm genuinely surprised and deeply disheartened by the quality of Porscheservice in this dealership. I asked the manager, including the sales department director, three times to present the car with a bow, but instead, I received a scratched vehicle on the scheduled day, which took several more days to fix. Not to mention, the sales team promised me gifts, but in the end, they didn't even provide keychains... this is utterly unacceptable, guys, you can't do this. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you have a chance to choose a car in a dealership in a smaller town, definitely do it! More
