The car was well priced but I expected a little more from this dealership as it is Porsche and its in Beverly hills! I was expecting a basic car detailing- yes, it was rinsed off with water but nothing more this dealership as it is Porsche and its in Beverly hills! I was expecting a basic car detailing- yes, it was rinsed off with water but nothing more -many streaks and spots visible. Similarly insides of it had spots that were easily removed by a wet cloth but they could have done it before I came over or just after the purchase. The main sales guy did not explain the various functions available in the car but mainly took care of the purchase process. The sales person was not well versed with some of the addon options and gave incorrect information - fortunately a different sales person provided better information and support. More

I have the privilege of being able to acquire some of the best brands and exclusive cars and have d with in my many years of buying and selling cars. To be honest, I'm genuinely surprised and deeply disheartened by the quality of Porscheservice in this dealership. I asked the manager, including the sales department director, three times to present the car with a bow, but instead, I received a scratched vehicle on the scheduled day, which took several more days to fix. Not to mention, the sales team promised me gifts, but in the end, they didn't even provide keychains... this is utterly unacceptable, guys, you can't do this. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you have a chance to choose a car in a dealership in a smaller town, definitely do it! More
