Very Satisfied with those in sales but very unhappy with the service department and including the service manager (Shai Nadav). He is unprofessional and doesnt accomodate his customers. He argued with me an the service department and including the service manager (Shai Nadav). He is unprofessional and doesnt accomodate his customers. He argued with me and stated he had cars in the service shop for 8 months and he does not have to fix my car. Although I have been a loyal Paul Conte customer since 2014. He doesnt seem to be familiar with the issues in the service shop, The service adisvors would tell me one thing and he would could and tell me something totally different. More

John is a great guy, wonderful and accommodating. However, I had an ongoing issue for a year and a half that couldn’t be fixed in my 2024 lyric. I took it to another dealership and they were able to However, I had an ongoing issue for a year and a half that couldn’t be fixed in my 2024 lyric. I took it to another dealership and they were able to fix it. It took replacing the radio. I still have another issue where the screen intermittently goes black and/or pixelates leaving me unable to see speeds or anything. This is extremely dangerous when driving to work on the parkway. I have ask for Cadillac to do a repurchase and swap my car for a new lyric same vehicle. The district manager, to date , has not responded. The EVconcerige has tried to assist me but has been unsuccessful in reaching and receiving an answer from the manager in charge. I paid $73k cash for this car and it has been in the shop more than a total of 8 months in and out for service. I think it’s a shame that a loyal customer is treated this way. I was going to just repurchase the same vehicle at the same dealership, but not anymore. I do love the lyric when it is working properly. I don’t blame the service staff, they didn’t originally build this car, but the management should work diligently to replace this vehicle. I had way too many issues wrong with this particular vehicle. More
