This dealer gets a 1 out of 10. Left my Cadillac Liriq for service for 9 days while I was on a business trip in Europe. When I returned back from the airport the car was not touch, Left my Cadillac Liriq for service for 9 days while I was on a business trip in Europe. When I returned back from the airport the car was not touch, was not moved. They said they "got busy with other customers and didnt have any technicians who were trained on electric cars. On another occasion I showed up for an scheduled appointment and they said they didnt have technician to service so I needed to come back. The dealership is way out of my way so I tried North Bay Cadillac in Manhasset and they told me it would be 2-3 months to get an appointment. Basically they were saying that since I didnt buy the car there they were not interested in helping me. I escalated the issue to GM Executive Team with no help - here is the contact person who tries to help: Kelly | Cadillac Executive Resolutions | 1-800-333-4223 cadillacexecutiveresolution@gm.com Then the other day the sales person called me since my 24 month lease is coming due end of next month asking me to come in to look at a new car... xxxxx of steel! I would never buy another car from Paul Conte - only interested in selling cars and can care less about customer service! Im running back to my BMW dealer as fast as possible. STAY AWAY!!!! More

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Paul Conte Cadillac service center. Unfortunately I neglected to get the women's name who first of all took my inquiry when I called and explained my vehicle's Cadillac service center. Unfortunately I neglected to get the women's name who first of all took my inquiry when I called and explained my vehicle's issues. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and made my crisis so much less of a stress. I will go back to visit her and also thank her again in person; I think her name was Christine. More

Paul Conte Cadillac is the best dealership around. I just purchased a XT5 Sport and the purchase was smooth from beginning to end. My sales person Frankie was knowledgeable and professional.
