Met John while we were checking out a new RAV4 to replace our current 2020 model. We had a trade difference in mind before we went and after a bit of negotiation reached our acceptable trade. I came in with a car that was rapidly depreciating in value and having issues mechanically. I was just trying to get out from being underwater and into a much more reliable vehicle.
