As a 22 year old that just finished her first year out of college, I was looking to make my first “grown up” purchase I thought the customer service was phenomenal. There is a horrible stigma of car salesm college, I was looking to make my first “grown up” purchase I thought the customer service was phenomenal. There is a horrible stigma of car salesman, so I walked in with my guard up. Truth be told, there are no reason for this. I was welcomed very nicely by John C, and he allowed me to test drive a new Toyota Corolla, and after I returned he asked if I’d like to go over pricing and financial options. The options actually fit my entry level job income, so a decided to make a purchase. Then I further discussed my finances with Joel who was an absolute delight, I think he could tell I was nervous but excited so he made the conversations very fun and relatable. (He is hilarious!) And all during my experience I met Tony who was more than happy to help with whatever I needed, was a pleasure and, I was addressed by my first name, as if I was a friend by all the employees. With all of that being said, I am glad that I was able to share my first “grownup” experience with route 44 Toyota. More

I recently bought a toyota tacoma and I was so please with my purchase and the sales force was great. They explained everything to me about the vehichle and the purchase. I had bought another with my purchase and the sales force was great. They explained everything to me about the vehichle and the purchase. I had bought another vehichle from another dealership about 3 yrs before and felt very pressured. I felt no pressure to buy I actually enjoyed my experience. More
