The new car side yes… the used car side def not lol what a nightmare. Different strokes for diff folks I guess. Never bought a car I’m 41 I don’t have any credit but I also don’t owe anyone a dime. All my bills are always paid and we make more then enough to purchase the car we wanted. First they gave us a ridiculous rate. I left. Then I get texts haggling to price down. They finally came down enough to where I was in the price range that I wanted and they didn’t get what they wanted. That being said the car I was interested in at the time was being loaned out and driven by someone else no worries, but they were in. No hurry to get it back, they did get it back the next day. I went up to test drive it the thing was filthy and definitely someone was using it regularly. Smelled of a burnt smell. I have no taste or smell since August 2021 due to Covid so I couldn’t tell if it was a cigarette smell or not. Anyway, long story short we came to a deal and I told them that I would come back up Saturday since my husband and I were getting us together and we both needed to sign paperwork at that time. They told us they couldn’t hold the car. So they can’t hold the car for me to purchase, but they wanted me to wait while their car was out online and that I was interested in for the other person to bring it back. I told them that my husband would not be home in time to complete the paperwork. At that time they told me I could just come up and sign my portion of the paperwork and then he could come up and do it when he got time this week or Saturday so I went up there. Get over to the finance office and poor Charles 😞 he’s so sweet and nice I can’t imagine what the sales people put him through by lying to people to get them up there and then he has to deal with us ( people). So anyway I get in there and he proceeds to tell me that he can’t complete the paperwork because my husband isn’t there. 🤦🏻♀️ so in my head I was lied to so someone could get me up there. They could make the purchase and get their commission on this weeks check instead of waiting until Saturday and then missing a quota or a deadline or whatever it is that they need for the week. On top of that when I got the vehicle, it was still disgustingly dirty it’s like they just sprayed some water on the outside and dried it. The windows look like someone had been smoking in it for months. It’s got a gross greasy film the seats weren’t even unfolded from them being laid down to be cleaned out at all. It looks like someone’s kids have lived in it and this is a really nice vehicle. It’s only five years old and it’s basically a brand new car and I just don’t understand why they felt that cleaning that car was any less important than any other car.. I will never recommend them to anyone! I have 2 kids that are new to car buying one is 17 and one is 18 and they will be buying cars soon. I’m certainly not going to take them here that’s for sure they’re dishonest, rude pushy and I think that they pick and choose who they want to work with and what kind of payment you have ….. don’t waste your money and time with the used car side! I’m paying $300 to have it professionally detailed since they can’t seem to even clean the interior of a vehicle they just sold for $21,000 More

John had one of their more than experienced mechanics come and look at it. To our surprise the mechanic said that this truck hasn't even been inspected and that they can't sell it until it was. (John was ready to let us drive away right then and there) He said it had the wrong oil filter, 2 qts too much oil in it. He continued to state that not having any antifreeze there after we just test drove it for 20 mins was very concerning. We went back in the office. The mechanic told John all of his concerns. Mechanic said it may be a few days until he could get to it.. we agreed to wait and said we didn't mind taking the drive back up.. john said he would call us. This all took place on Tuesday 2/24/23. Today Friday 2/27/23 we call to check status figuring we'd take a ride on a Saturday... we were told they sold the truck yesterday... no call no nothing. This is a terrible way to do business. We should have known of their shady practice when we inquired about another truck and another salesmen said he had a buyer on the hook but money talks... we said we couldn't do that to someone. So besides lying about the inspection being performed there is no customer loyalty. If you purchased this 2020 Magda platinum truck I truly hope the mechanic found what was wrong with the antifreeze situation and you don't end up with a lemon! More

Excellent would highly recommend John Clark and staff . Made almost hour trip down to buy my car. I tried to buy a used flex for almost 3 weeks from other dealers. No call backs no follow up. John called me back right away and did the deal like old times. You have a keeper in John and staff. I have 3 grown daughters will recommend your dealership. Bill and barry are the two greatest people i worked with looking for a car i went all over and ended up here bill and barry went completly out of there way stayed late from there family and i wish i could looking for a car i went all over and ended up here bill and barry went completly out of there way stayed late from there family and i wish i could thank these guys enough i was kinda picky in what i wanted they went out of there way to ship my mustang and customized it to fit my needs this will be the only place i look for cars ever again i was under qualified and he still found a way to get me my dream car at a readonable price thanks again to everyone at this store everyone was so friendly and cant wait to see everyone again and if your reading this make sure to ask for bill or barry More

Avoid this dealership and salesperson. Dishonest! Went to Castrucci Chevy originally where I purchased several cars. After test driving several, didn't find one that I was looking for. Looked online a Went to Castrucci Chevy originally where I purchased several cars. After test driving several, didn't find one that I was looking for. Looked online and found one at Castrucci Ford. I spoke to the Chevy salesperson and sales manager that I was working with and they made a call to the sales manager at Castrucci Ford. After test driving the car, I was interested but there several issues that made me concerned that the car was wrecked before. After making the issues known to the salesperson (John Clark), he looked online and said that the car had never been wrecked before. After promising to fix the items that concerned me, I purchased the car. After a week of no contact from the salesperson after the sale, I called and asked when was the issues going to be fixed. The salesperson scheduled a time the following week to come in to drop the car off. When I picked up the car, none of the items were addressed to my satisfaction. I decided to run a Carfax report to confirm my suspicions and it did confirm that the car was indeed wrecked before. After letting the sales person know what the Carfax report said regarding the wreck, there was no response. After three weeks of no satisfaction addressing the items with my car, I decided to go back to the Castrucci Chevy dealership where I trusted and traded the car in. I can't express my anger enough with the way I was treated by Castrucci Ford and the great way that was treated by Castrucci Chevy. I can't understand the night and day treatment that I received from two different Castrucci dealerships. Bottom line, avoid this dealership and salesperson and just go to Castrucci Chevy. More

I was driving my grandfather's old truck that was handed down to me and it was rather old and needed a lot of work. I checked out and decided to trade it in for a newer, nicer, more economic car. 3 weeks after the purchase the battery went bad on my new used car. When I came in to see if they could help me out I was greeted( as always) by friendly faces, smiles, understanding, and very helpful individuals. My battery was replaced at no cost to me. The service department was informative and kind. I highly recommend Maki Castrucci Ford to anyone who likes friendly and helpful service. More

Bobby Castrucci and his team are out to make sure you have a good experience buying a new car from them. As a single woman, I am always a little worried that I will not get as good a deal or be treated the same as a man when shopping for a car. I am pleased to say that was not the case at Mike Castrucci Ford and am very satisfied with the deal I got. I have recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. More
