We spent an entire weekend going to different dealerships looking for a new truck. We found what we wanted at another Ford dealership but the salesman we were dealing with didnt want to return phone calls ap looking for a new truck. He was great to work with and we were able to get a great deal on a new F150. We had such a great experience my mom went the same day and also bought a new suv! I worked with the used car sales person John Clark and he is a nice person and would do best what ever he can to get you the best deal. Issues: For me the second car key is missing and John promissed me that he will get later and mail it to me. Since the Sales manager's son miss placed the key. John has no idea how to question his boss or boss's son. he has to wait till the boss's son to be back and search for the key. But the Jerk's son is giving hard time to John to find the key. Now its more than 4 weeks over and still that stupid manager's son is not able to find the key. Now only John Clark is the one getting bad name because of his Manager's son. I HOPE JOHN WILL ONE DAY MAIL MY KEY. THANKS JOHN FOR YOUR EFFORTS. I would recomend John Clark to my friends but i unfortunately he is been controled by his jerk manager. it might affect the service John provides. So be careful. Suggestion: John, please teach your manager a lession about how to talk and costomer service since you are best at giving best services. thanks. More

Last wednesday, we had to drop our ford explorer off for service, and was debating trading it in on a dodge ram 1500 that we had seen on line. Spoke with a salesman who let us look/ test drive the truck wh service, and was debating trading it in on a dodge ram 1500 that we had seen on line. Spoke with a salesman who let us look/ test drive the truck which we absolutly fell in love with. There was a few things he didn't know about trucks in particular, so he had another sales associate (who we found out later was brought in for their "liquidation sale"), who at first was very friendly, but then once we started trying to talk prices, he wanted to run our credit before we even talked price. We were not going to let him run our credit without knowing what kinda ball park we were looking at, so we had a little bit of problems with that first. Then finally he brought a figure out that was $5,000.00 higher than the internet price. We told him this, and his reaction was "I don't care what our website says, this truck is worth $3000.00 more than what we are offering it to you at now, why would we drop it even more?". At this point we were done and walked out. The next day our original salesman called us and appologized and said his boss wanted us to come back in and talk to him, and the rest of our experience was awsome. We came back in and they worked with us and was more than willing to give us the internet pricing and worked out a payment that was comfortable. I would absolutly recommend the company, just had bad service from one guy who was brought in for that sale. They also gave us a very fair amount for our trade in. More
