Patrick Subaru was customer focused from start to finish. Best car buying I've had and I'm a senior. End of February 2020 purchase of a Crosstrek Hybrid It was a busy time of the month and the COVID-19 "social distancing" mandates had not yet been enacted. The customer parking area was full. I checked in with Gabriel and was told I was first in line. While waiting, Gabriel and I talked and he brought out the 2020 Crosstrek Hybrid I was there to see. He left me to go through the car on my own. I had told him I did not need to do a test drive. He had offered. A short while later, I met Al for the first time. He's an easy going guy. I told him we could get right down to business and we did. We discussed my trade-in vehicle and negotiated for a few minutes. After a short absence to talk to the business manager, Al came back and told me we had a deal. Nice! The rest of the visit was paperwork. I also asked to talk to Brandon Keddy if he was in. He's a very nice young man I had been in touch with through email, and a major reason I was there that day. I had been to another dealer in the morning and was quite unhappy with their business practices. It was good to put a face to the name. Two days later, I brought a bank check and drove away in my new car. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. My wife and I love the car. More
