In my 62 years of buying new and used cars, overall this was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences ever. I was made to feel very comfortable starting right off the bat when Debbie met me at the door, being she was my internet contact, she turned me over to John Bruno who took me every step of the way including a thorough explanation of how my new car operated, which was most appreciated. Steve the Sales Manager stopped by a couple times during the process just to make sure that John was taking good care of my son Beau and I. There was never any high pressure tactics by either John or Steve. It was always a matter of providing information which would allow us to be able to make a better buying decision. Finally, John took us over and introduced us to Rachel in the Finance Dept. who treated us exactly the way you'd like to be treated when making a significant buying decision. The salesman has been great to deal with however there are a few complaints. There is a safety concern with the detail products they use, the steps on the running boards were very slick upon taking delive are a few complaints.
