He did a great job orienting me to the vehicle's features unfamiliar to me, introd customer expectations and working to get me into my new Cadillac. He did a great job orienting me to the vehicle's features unfamiliar to me, introduced me to my service tech, and successfully assisted in transferring my On-star subscription from my old to new car. I received very good value for my trade-in and a great interest rate. No five-stars as the dealership is under construction and it's still a very cumbersome and time-consuming process purchasing the vehicle. Still, the Bravo members I met were awesome and they continue to earn my business (3rd vehicle from Bravo). More

The sales manager is the worst when it comes to customer follow through. She failed to have the sales person follow up with me. She also knew of the items that weren’t added to the vehicle and I had to brin follow through. She failed to have the sales person follow up with me. She also knew of the items that weren’t added to the vehicle and I had to bring it up to their attention. I asked that those items not be applied and that I would accept a refund because I had already signed the financial documents. The other thing was the asking price was not what was on the final price. The asking price was lower than the numbers on the financial documents. More
