For a dealership of your size and reputation, the timeline and process raised concerns. During the financing, there were several comments that made us uncomfortable from the finance manager. He did timeline and process raised concerns. During the financing, there were several comments that made us uncomfortable from the finance manager. He did not know the paperwork or the purpose his answer was “idk” about out of state paperwork and did not explain warranties. Also stated that equity checks have previously been sent to the wrong address due to accounting not thoroughly reviewing check requests. Being that we are waiting on about a $27,000 check, we are left feeling quite uneasy. He was also too worried about getting out for the day rather than taking the time to explain things in detail. John Breaux, our sales rep, did an outstanding job from start to finish. More
