I took a day off from work and was scheduled to come up to Norman to purchase a 2015 Tahoe, but the salesman and Internet Sales Director backed out of the deal at the last minute for no reason other than they chose not to sell the vehicle for our agreed upon price, which was fully documented. Their response was, “Sorry, we cannot honor what we agreed to on Friday.” Please, think twice before going to this dealer. There are plenty of other Chevy dealers in this area that actually care about the customer and will go above and beyond to provide a fair deal. More
