I took my car in for brake service. They worked on the front and rear, but ever since that I’ve been having an annoying noise while driving especially in reversing I took the car back a They worked on the front and rear, but ever since that I’ve been having an annoying noise while driving especially in reversing I took the car back and they said it was fixed but I’m still having the same issue. I think it’s very inconvenient and annoying for me to be spending time taking my car Back to the dealer to fix the issue. On top of that, It was very expensive for poor service!!! More

I vacuumed my car before I brought it in but the passenger rear side I could not do because the vacuum cut off on me! Your staff said they vacuumed the car but that was not true because the one si passenger rear side I could not do because the vacuum cut off on me! Your staff said they vacuumed the car but that was not true because the one side I could not do was not vacuumed by them! Also they rinsed off my car but it had bird poo on it when I came and before I left , the bird poo was still on my car! I also ask if my wheels would be rotated but they were not . I marked my tires and they were in the same order as when I arrived so it’s not the service I was told I would get! Also they did clean the windows or dashboard either! , mediocre service this time and it took three hours! More

I took my car in for a transmission flush & they did it with no problem but the car broke down afterwards that same day so I called them back and he told told me to sit tight and they got a tow & towed it with no problem but the car broke down afterwards that same day so I called them back and he told told me to sit tight and they got a tow & towed it back, then found out what the problem was and fixed the leak & I was able to get my car back. Then I noticed the rpm’s were going up afterwards like before it broke down so I told them about it and he explained why that was happening but told me i could come came to let them test drive it to see what’s going on so then they saw and it was the other guy who also told me the same thing why it was doing that which it also did not do it on the way there but was told I can come anyways, so they scanned it and afterwards it was definitely ok and good to go & has to get use to my driving but they took care of the problem. More
