I went to Bourne's to look at a particular pickup truck I saw advertised. When I saw the truck in person it was just as shown in the ad. I was quickly taken care of and given a key to test ride. My special requests were met without any protest and every step of the financing process was throughly explained. It was apparent that there is a true Team mentality at Bourne and that customer service is at the top of their priority list. We are very happy with the Saturn Vue we purchased.
