The Sales personnel have complete knowledge of their products and do their due diligence to see that you are pleased with the vehicle chosen. Doron Bodinger is an excellent finance agent taking the time to make sure you understand your contract, in depth. Mike Stehli, Sales Manager, is amazing! He can make the impossible, possible . . . If and when Mike retires, Findlay will be hard pressed to find a Sales Manager to replace Mike. Mike’s knowledge is an accumulation of years in the industry and an astute understanding of how to successfully close contracts. Never a phone call asking if we were ready to buy, might be interested in a different car, etc. The financing process was as painless as possible, and there was no hard sell on add-ons such as wheel damage protection for 100 years and a million miles. The finance manager told us what options there were but did not try to sell us any of them. More
