From 2018-2023 I had Mercedes of Lynwood service all my Mercedes vehicles. I can honestly say this is the most customer oriented dealership I've ever worked with, and they make sure to make things right Mercedes vehicles. I can honestly say this is the most customer oriented dealership I've ever worked with, and they make sure to make things right. Hats off to Andrew, Garrett, and the rest of the service team. Wouldn't take my cars for service or buy from anywhere else in the Seattle area based on my experiences at the other dealers. The dealership has very fair pricing, is flexible and has discounted or removed the cost of work that didn't fix the problem free of charge. Everytime I read about a car service experience on the internet gone wrong, my experience has always been the opposite. I've since moved and I can honestly say I will miss the team, and will struggle to find anyone I trust as much as the group in Lynwood. More

John was great,had to fly to Seattle to buy a hard to find Mercedes, John was waiting for us when we arrived. Vehicle was on the showroom floor informed us about the car we test drove and purchased, it w find Mercedes, John was waiting for us when we arrived. Vehicle was on the showroom floor informed us about the car we test drove and purchased, it was easy and professional, entire process took less than two hours and drove it home.If you are looking for a Mercedes and sales people that are knowledgeable go to Lynnwood Mercedes,they care about customer service,xxxx the owner cleaned the car and filled with gas and thanked us for our business that just doesn't happen any more. Walked into the dealership with the intention to buy a 2021 250 GLB. Even though a sales person saw me come in, once I was inside, nobody said "Hello" or can I help you. Receptionist was too busy shufflin 2021 250 GLB. Even though a sales person saw me come in, once I was inside, nobody said "Hello" or can I help you. Receptionist was too busy shuffling papers, the finance manager leaned against the doorframe of his office, looking away bored, another employee walked by without greeting me. A sales person found the computer to be more important than a car buyer. May be my Amazon t-shirt was a turn-off, I don't know, but I walked out after 10 minutes! Gave store a second chance! Worked with the internet manager via texting. Eventually came to an agreement on an acceptable price. The car needs to be ordered from the factory. Agreed to sign papers next day and put down deposit, when he informed me that the General Sales Manager wants a $10,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit because I want a car with FWD, acting as if this is a rarity. I checked with other MB dealers who found this practice "unusual". That's when I had enough. NEVER EVER GIVE SOMEONE A CHECK FOR $10,000 NON-REFUNDABLE FOR A CAR YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET UNSEEN! You also have no more negotiation power regarding your trade-in, since they can now dictate the price because they have a $10,000 check deposited. SHAME ON YOU MB LYNNWOOD. I gave my business to another dealer. This has been a total xxxx-show!!! More

Called in to confirm availability of a new 4x4 Sprinter with Steve my saleman. He confirmed it was available so I agreed to pay MSRP and they required a non-refundable $6500 deposit. Seemed really high but with Steve my saleman. He confirmed it was available so I agreed to pay MSRP and they required a non-refundable $6500 deposit. Seemed really high but I gave him my credit card info they ran my card and I bought it! Next day I was told that they did not want to sell to me & my business (Sprinter Upfitter) because of who we were? Spoke to Steve, the GSM manager & the GM of the store and they were all rude and short and would not sell the vehicle to me(at full MSRP!). They told me they would refund my $6500 non-refundable deposit and were going to sell this to someone else! I was blown away! Would definitely NOT recommend this Mercedes-Benz dealership. I'm shocked at the unprofessional manner in which they choose to conduct business. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this establishment. There are a lot of other Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dealers we have purchased multiple Sprinter Van's from with awesome customer service. Don't limit yourself to these guys! Shop around. More

Great experience! We love our new car. We had a wonderful experience buying our new Mercedes. We had done research through automative magazines and reviews and were looking for comfortable We had a wonderful experience buying our new Mercedes. John Bang helped us with our purchase and was so easy to work with. We felt no pressure and were treated politely and with respect. Everything went so smoothly. His respectful attitude is very much appreciated in the stressful decisions being made. Most recently I waited 3 weeks for a specific car to arrive and be prepped for sale. John kept us informed every step of the way and was very patient with all the questions. While the product sells itself, it's so important to have the personal element representing the dealership.
