I was left two months with no phone calls know anything for a brand new vehicle that I had just purchased for a part that was supposedly on back order, I did not hear from them for two months extremely rude when I picked it up the first thing and only thing they were concerned about was if I had gas in the rental, I was given a car wash coupon to go have my brand new car washed myself. It was the worst experience I have ever had in the 30 years of owning vehicles so once again we’re at the end where like I said, the customer service for Volkswagen reached out and did negotiate with me however the service manager still remained extremely rude and unapologetic. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership if it were the last dealership on the Earth watch out because if you spend a large amount of money and need any kind of work on your vehicle you will be treated horribly More
