I was sold a used Subaru WRX STI and the engine started to fail after two weeks of driving it. After it was in their shop for 32 days and they still hasn't touched it. I had to call the owner to even to fail after two weeks of driving it. After it was in their shop for 32 days and they still hasn't touched it. I had to call the owner to even get someone to acknowledge the car. After a week of it in the shop, it was "fixed" and drove it home to have it fail halfway home. They took it back again to work on it only to tell me that everything looks good. Drove it home and failed again. Salesman Tommy never returned my calls, and never fulfilled any promises made. The owner, John was just as elusive and negligent Brandon, the service head was the man. That's the one person in this place that does their job. They take weeks to respond, they do NOT return phone calls. And they're only helpful when there's something in it for them. They do not value their customers. Stay as far away from this place as you can. More

Marty my sales lady she did her thing definitely appreciative however I got played on so many ends how do you pay over $30,000 for a vehicle and the speed or gas monitors do not work I was towed one appreciative however I got played on so many ends how do you pay over $30,000 for a vehicle and the speed or gas monitors do not work I was towed one thing they produced another such as rear camera did not work they told me to drive all the way back up to Lassen 92 miles from where I live only to be told to drive somewhere else which was an additional 60 miles out the way what a joke if they were just tell the truth through the whole process my experience would have been amazing More
