We also finished the purchasing process with Sophia and she was very quick with picking up the process from where we left off and also very informative and helpful as we were pressed for time. The only reason it wasn’t a full 5-star experience was that on the initial day the process time was a bit long, but at the same time we came during a pretty busy time and John - who was helping at the time - was also juggling multiple parties, which is understandable.
