The front receptionist was friendly and helpful. The financial manager Mohammed Fallaha was extremely organized, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, polite, and took time to explain each option and process of the financial end of buying our 2023 Rouge. We were very relaxed and never felt pressured or rushed into making our vehicle choice.
