Three “sharks” I encountered were Johanna Felchlin, Jessica Levi and Greg Arouchanov. They tried to sell me a 5-year 75k mile extended warranty for $4,300. I declined and shopped around and found essentially the same warranty from a reputable warranty company for $2450 and with a $50 deductible vs. Audi’s $100. More

All in all it was a good experience. People were friendly and they had the one and only car in the Southland with all the features I wanted as well as color. I like the follow up and the friendly service I recieved from everyone I spoke with at the dealership. Daniel took me for a test drive and was also friendly. I do wish though that he knew more about the car and its features. He seemed to be learning things about the car as I was learning and wasnt able to really show me or point out the features of the car, especially the tech stuff. I've been spending the past days going through You Tube videos and the manual itself and playing with the features to find out how eveyrthing works. So I think all in all that is the biggest let down. Other than that I had a Great experience from Audi Beverly Hills. More
