Dripped my ram truck off with the service center the night before my appointment. Around 4 - 5 pm the next day I called the service department to find out what the status of my repairs. Service department apologized and stated they wouldn’t get the repair started first thing the next day around noon I still had not heard anything regarding the repairs of my truck.
