We had gone to another Lexus dealership and were rather turned off by the experience. Then we walked into the Sacramento Lexus and had an entirely different experience. From the moment we walked on the lot we were greeted by friendly, helpful people. I really felt they wanted my business and were interested in working with me, and made every effort to be helpful and informative. They went all out to make my experience as positive as can be.
