On 2/10 I took my car in for service at Hyundai, expecting to have one issue resolved. However, when I picked it up, my car had new problems and was no longer drivable. It had poor acceleration, sha expecting to have one issue resolved. However, when I picked it up, my car had new problems and was no longer drivable. It had poor acceleration, shaking, and a knocking noise under the hood. I immediately voiced my concerns, emailing and leaving a review on 2/20. After nearly a month, someone finally came to inspect the vehicle on 3/19. What they found was shocking—cylinders 2 and 3 weren’t even in the spark plugs, and the screws were left inside the driver’s side door. Cylinder 4 was completely disconnected. These careless mistakes explained the severe new issues. It’s disappointing that a dealership can’t be trusted to perform basic repairs without the fear of them intentionally sabotaging your vehicle to charge more money. Mr. DiFeo even sent a generic email stating, “Per Joe’s email below, the inspection wouldn’t have affected the drivability of the vehicle.” Meanwhile, Hyundai never even put my car back together properly. Fair and honest dealership - I went to another Jax Dealership, and they are pale compared to St Augustine dealership. They had sloppy service, my car was not fixed - You, St Augustine Hyundai Dealersh Dealership, and they are pale compared to St Augustine dealership. They had sloppy service, my car was not fixed - You, St Augustine Hyundai Dealership fixed it and can see the difference in the quality service that you provided. Thank You!!!! More

I love this dealership. It’s the best one in three counties. The manager Jimmy came by to say hello. Wanted to know if I wanted to trade my car in. The mechanics, the service writers the whole team is phenomenal. Unfortunately, once in a while, Things don’t always work out easily, but I’m thrilled that they are here and service my car. More

I needed a multi point inspection and wa willing to pay for a real thorough one. Little did I know every thing is 16( an issue. An issue! Paid for the dash light 165 but the GPS has been black but occas for a real thorough one. Little did I know every thing is 16( an issue. An issue! Paid for the dash light 165 but the GPS has been black but occasionally comes on fine in high heat . Either gonna be a reboot or a fortune. A top drawer dealership would have addressed that if for nothing else safety reason. Never should have left car go like that. Not Madison’s fault. However if I were the tech and i know he knew it was out., a simple reboot to see if it might helped. Now I’m gonna get it repaired but had no idea you needed another $165 to check it out. Then the stuck windshield washer. Another $165? Just to check it out? I always used your dealership when my Santa Fe was new and I understand hourly rate but everything I wanted checked could have been done in an hour. My wife’s car. She wanted the GPS of all checked out .Not happy as that was gonna be the sign she would get a new one. Wanted that Palisade but too long for garage. More
