Although my initial experience with Westside Lexus was not that fantastic… I will explain in a minute, Joey was the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership, hands-down. I know lease buyouts don’t not that fantastic… I will explain in a minute, Joey was the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership, hands-down. I know lease buyouts don’t always make anybody money, but Joey didn’t care he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of, I said my initial experience wasn’t all that great because I called 4 to 5 times without a phone call back tried leaving messages with multiple different people, and multiple different departments which wasn’t fantastic. I felt like they didn’t really care. I’m very happy to report that Joey took care of me and I will recommend him and be back to see him in the future. It’s because of Joey that I will be back as a recurring customer. I’ve Owned Lexus vehicles for about 10 years. This is my first experience with Westside, so I’m happy that there are people that work at Westside like Joey. It’s people like him that make the car buying experience an OK thing to deal with. More
