We recently drove from OKC to Tulsa and purchased a Lexus RX350 from Jackie Cooper Imports. It's a nice clean dealership with friendly staff. Everything with the actual sale was fine, but, even though our financing was already in place and we had no trade in, we had to sit and wait for nearly a hour while their "Finance guy" came back from... somewhere, and give us the warranty nonsense hard sell. We literally were seconds away from walking out on the deal when Mr. Finance saw the look of angration in our eyes and kicked it into high gear. Don't keep good customers waiting for no reason. CPO car delivered with less than 100miles of gas. Battery at 0% charge, No charging cable included. Fuel not working. Had to take it to local dealer to get that repaired. Wasted 6 hours of my work time and car in the shop for 1 day. 1st no one knows what is going on then after 3 days (or so) back and forth matter is raised to general manager. GM is going to get this resolved promptly. After more than 1 week I am still waiting. More
