Dealership has no loyalty bought 2 trucks from this dealership and was ready to buy another truck to find out they were changing over sticker price not very nice just because inventory was low I’ll nev dealership and was ready to buy another truck to find out they were changing over sticker price not very nice just because inventory was low I’ll never will buy anything from them again Also going to write a review letting customers know what you are doing to your customers More

I came to Brandon Ford looking to purchase a truck and Mr. Haile was my sales consultant. It was a relatively easy sale because I was preapprove in advanced . So I told the salesman what I was looking for Mr. Haile was my sales consultant. It was a relatively easy sale because I was preapprove in advanced . So I told the salesman what I was looking for and the amount. He told me that he had what I was looking for. He showed me a 2018 Ford F150 STX. I test drove it and I was very impressed with the vehicle. I purchased the truck and now close to one year later the truck has been in the shop twice . The first time was the fuel module sensor and now the second time the fuel pump. I am very concerned with this purchase. More

I am not happy with my purchase. I feel that because of the lateness of the hour I wasn't given much of a choice in selection. The biggest issue was the lack of timely communication. Would take multiple calls on my end or waiting til the next day. Pat was responsive but blown off by the others. And I was ready to buy. So I did elsewhere at a few hundred dollars higher price and without even looking at the vehicle because I knew what I wanted. More

Lost ales from a devoted FORD fan Met me at my car Seemed friendly and walked me to the computer for current inventory on dealership’s lot. I picked out what vehicle I was going to buy that day but never saw him again. He did not introduce himself, give me his business card, or ask for my name or contact info. After waiting over 30 minutes, I slowly walked out of the show room where he told me to wait without a single employee saying a word to me. Extremely disappointed as I was ready to drive away with my next FORD truck!! Guess my money wasn’t good enough. More
