i inquired about a 2023 acura integra for $26k, i was instantly provided with the OTD price. price was too good to pass up so i went to check it out in person the next day. I dealt with lior (peewee) over email/text and the next day he knew what car we were talking about and came down with the keys to test drive it. there was no reason to negotiate the car was $2-3k under market for the miles and trim. excellent service history. paperwork was squared away and i drove away with the car in under 4 hours. thanks again. will definitely do business again. One word answers, no engagement or customer service. He made my husband and I feel as if we were an interruption to his day. We spoke to the manager who made excuses say “that was just the way Joe was” and then proceeded to tell us he was just given a promotion! Wow! Our experience was ruined by poor customer service. So sad a company like this employees folks line him. More
