I’ll start out by saying we are very knowledgeable in the industry and we have owned dozens of Audis before. We had a great experience with Joel at Audi Lehi. However, when it came to negotiations, we gave a industry and we have owned dozens of Audis before. We had a great experience with Joel at Audi Lehi. However, when it came to negotiations, we gave a reasonable offer with our trade in and we had a terrible experience with Gio Guiullo. He stepped in as the “sales manager” to discuss the number we wanted to be at, and was all fired up and came at us very aggressively. We were confused and unsure why he was so rude to us, when we hadn’t even worked with him at all. Joel was absolutely amazing, but we immediately got up and left and did not buy the car because we were treated absolutely horribly by someone who we were just meeting for the first time. I don’t think anyone should ever talk to a potential customer like that. We will refuse to work with Gio in the future, and will be buying a car elsewhere to make sure we don’t give him our business. More
