Very bad service. Please don't use this dealer. I lost all my warranty. They held 3 months to fix water pump and sunroof. Both didn't work when I bought from dealer Please don't use this dealer. Salesman did not handle my situation professionally. The vehicle that I purchased had a bad oil leak and the air conditioner stopped working the second day I had it. It leaked oil on my new driveway. I The vehicle that I purchased had a bad oil leak and the air conditioner stopped working the second day I had it. It leaked oil on my new driveway. I had to have it towed back to the dealership. I didn’t hear once from the salesman. He did not follow up or checked on the vehicle for me and I receive no phone call or text from him (he knew my van was in the shop) I also didn’t get a call from anyone to let me know that my vehicle had arrived and or followed up with me. I had to call several times and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to give me answers about my vehicle. It took at least 3 to 4 days before Josh, in service, excepted my call for him to tell me, they’re working on my van, that’s it! I was made to feel as if i was a burden when i was the one being put out. It wasn’t until I heard from Sarah (very pleasant) the Service manager that I started getting answers and steps were taking to work on solutions. Overall, a bad experience and thanks to your salesman and mechanic your company lost respect and credibility with me. More

Abysmal at follow up. Three month warranty is a joke. Service mgr said he couldn’t tell me if my issue was covered until after I paid over $250 for diagnostics. Makes one wonder how he determines whether a repair is covered or not. Second and last deal with anything Arrigo. More
